Wow, it's bad enough you have AutoProtect enabled and you have 21 Snapshots in play! There is a discrepancy between the Snapshot Dictionary (.vmsd), it's say 15 Snapshots and directory listing shows there are 21 Snapshot .vmdk's. So I'd say some of those are orphaned however may still be chained and I don't have time at the moment to review the Disk DescriptorFile for all 21 snapshot .vmdk's.
Anyway to address the immediate issue of the missing "Windows XP Professional-000012-s007.vmdk" binary extent if you can copy that file alone out of a Time Machine backup and add it to the Virtual Machine Package it might allow you to move forward however if its date/time stamp isn't "Jun 16 13:26" then while it will get past the current error message there still may be some issues including data loss however the first thing to do is replace that extent either from a Time Machine backup since you say you have it or copying "Windows XP Professional-000012-s013.vmdk" (because it's an empty extent) to "Windows XP Professional-000012-s007.vmdk".
