Huh. I tried ReactOS 3.0.15 with the Workstation Tech Preview and got the same BSOD as you report (no surprise, it's practically the same virtual environment), and also got the same BSOD running that VM under WS 9.0.x, so it's not anything we've broken recently, at least 
. If I remove the USB controller, though, it works fine... only if the USB controller is present does it seem to reliably BSOD. Could very well be a ReactOS bug... Please do let us know if you find anything else out about it!
