I do not think we have enough information yet to conclude that jsrfded's problem is the same issue as the one we already have on file... There are lots of possible causes for the same error message. It's highly likely that it's the known 3D acceleration issue in ticket 1047175, but it would be much better if we took the time to confirm it. Hopefully jsrfded will try disabling 3D in their VMs and report back... That way we can be sure we are not missing the opportunity to characterize and address some other major problem!
