As you can see in the log files there's an issue with the virtuial disk's snapshot file:
...\5CB20544MW.wwt.local-000001.vmdk" : failed to open (The specified virtual disk needs repair).
I'd recommend you backup all the VM's files and the try to repair the mentioned file using the vmware-vdiskmanager.exe command line tool in the VMware Workstation program folder.
Make sure VMware Workstation - or at least the VM's tab - is closed while doing this!
